The Prepared Mama

Group Class

Live, research-informed prenatal education designed to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident as you step into motherhood.

Leave feeling informed about your options, prepared for what’s ahead, and confident navigating into motherhood.

The Prepared Mama Method prepares you for more than birth. Together, we’ll look at the whole picture — your birth and hospital experience, your newborn, feeding, postpartum recovery, and the emotional transition into motherhood.

Rooted in current research, professional recommendations, and my clinical experience as a maternal-newborn nurse, each session offers practical, well-rounded education while leaving room for your individual needs, preferences, and goals.
